The really solution are, you must to do Factory Reset. We want to format your phone and convert it to fresh phone stock like new. So how to do it? Go to Setting>Privacy>Factory data reset. Click on Factory Reset and click until finish. The phone will reset (format) and reboot (restart). After reboot, your phone already like new stock phone.
After that, go to Setting again, find the “account” and create or add the email account (gmail account). After finish add Gmail Account. You go to Play Store and add as existing gmail account. After finish put and login gmail account to Play Store. You will notice your Play Store is able to open and run properly. Congratulations to you because you success to solve your smartphone Play Store Problem and Play Store can open again.
